Not included

  • Your domain name. We register or manage it for you and recharge it at cost.
  • Copywriting. You supply the words and we tidy them.
  • Photography. You supply the photos. Good phone photos are fine.
  • Extra pages. Priced per page before we start.
  • Bigger changes after go-live. A new section, a redesign. Quoted first, from £75 a batch.

Questions

The things people ask.

  • You do, once the build is paid in full. Until then it's ours, and it comes down if payments stop. Once it's yours we send you the files whenever you ask.

  • Yes, any time. If your build is paid in full we send you a zip of your site within 14 days and keep it online for 30 days from your notice. After that you can host it anywhere.

  • If you have one, we point it at the new site. If you don't, we register one for you at cost. Domains sit in our Cloudflare account with you as the legal owner, and you can transfer it out at any time.

  • The preview arrives within 5 working days of your enquiry. After you say yes, a week is typical. The main thing that slows it down is waiting for photos and words.

  • Your words, your photos, opening hours, contact details and any links you use (booking, socials, reviews). If you have an existing site we take what's useful from it. We send a short checklist on day one.

  • Yes. We point your domain at the new site and set up redirects so old links still work. If your email runs through your old host we check that first so nothing breaks.

  • We link to the booking system or shop you already use. We don't build online shops. If that's what you need, we'll say so up front.

  • We build the site so Google can read it properly: fast, mobile-friendly, correct titles and descriptions, a map and your business details, linked to your Google Business Profile. How high you rank after that depends on reviews, competition and time. We don't promise a position.
