Privacy

What this website collects, what it doesn't, and who to ask.

No cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use any tracking that follows you between websites. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The contact form

When you send the form on the contact page, what you type (business name, your name, email, phone, town, trade, website address and message) is sent to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms passes the message on and does not keep a copy beyond what is needed to deliver it. We keep your enquiry in our email and in our client records for as long as we are talking to you or working together, and for up to two years afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. We use it only to reply to you and to build your site. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

Our lawful basis for this is that you asked us to get in touch (legitimate interest and, if you become a client, contract).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they are from. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not identify you. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers see your IP address and the pages you request in order to send them to you, and keep standard server logs for a short time for security.

Links to other sites

We link to client sites, to THATCOOLGRID and to Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email us and we will reply within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this page changes we update the date at the top.
